Production Operator
Rise & Thrive Threads is a mission-driven social enterprise where 100% of profits support Christopher's Reason Recovery Living Center, a 25-bed sober living community on Staten Island. Every order you produce directly funds the recovery of our residents. What You'll Do:
Operate DTG, DTF, and sublimation equipment for production runs. Prepare and pretreat garments for printing. Manage color profiles, print settings, and file preparation. Maintain equipment and troubleshoot print issues. Ensure quality control on all finished goods. Handle order fulfillment and production scheduling. Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience in DTG, DTF, and/or sublimation printing
this is non-negotiable. Proficiency with RIP software and design file preparation. Knowledge of fabric types, pretreatment processes, and heat press operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with embroidery software. Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics. Previous experience in a production environment.
