Salary Range $23.00 - $23.00 Hourly
Position Overview
The Member Solutions Representative (Temporary) supports the credit union by assisting with basic collections and payment-related activities. This role focuses on handling inbound calls, processing payments and mail, and completing light clerical tasks while following established procedures and providing professional service.
The position's essential duties include the following:
Process member and debtor payments accurately and timely
Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Process and distribute incoming mail related to accounts and payments
Collect payments from debtors in accordance with established policies and procedures
Provide support with other light clerical and administrative duties as needed
