Job Description Provide the full spectrum of management consulting and advisory services to highly complex and dynamic organizations having a wide variety of difficult positions and personnel actions, which are often sensitive. The purpose of this position is to serve as an HR Specialist providing formal and informal advice, recommendations, and technical assistance to Human Resources staff and management for assigned operations and activities. Provide a full range of internal and external recruitment and placement support for a large, multi-mission, or complex Component(s) for which innovative and assertive recruiting strategies are needed. Gather and analyze information about the content and the requirements of positions for assigned Component(s), to include required competencies, in developing job analysis. Utilize automated staffing systems, such as Web-based applications, to perform staffing and placement work that includes generating job analyses, vacancy announcements, referral lists, and processing personnel actions.
