Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Graphic Design role is a key contributor within the U.S. Commercial organization on the Marketing Operations and Creative Team. We are seeking a talented collaborative Designer to join our in‑house creative studio team. This role supports the development of high quality, visually compelling assets across digital, print, and social platforms, helping to bring our brand and our mission to life.
The role partners closely with Marketing, designers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver creative solutions that are both strategically sound and executionally excellent.
Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, a solid understanding of social media content, and agency experience.
Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:
Digital and web assets
Social media content (static and motion)
Print materials (brochures, posters, leave‑behinds, event materials)
Internal communications and presentation materials
Collaborate with partners to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions
Support multiple projects simultaneously, across brands, prioritizing deadlines and adapting quickly as needs evolve
Apply brand guidelines and design standards consistently across all deliverables
Prepare files for production, review, and approval in compliance with internal and regulatory processes
Contribute to creative problem‑solving sessions and studio workflow improvements
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects for multiple stakeholders without compromising quality
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑based studio environment
Able to balance creative thinking with structure, timelines, and process
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
8+ years of professional design experience
Required Skills
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate
Experience designing both digital, print and social media
Motion graphics and video editing skills
Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
Solid understanding of social media design best practices, including platform‑specific formats and visual storytelling
Familiarity with branded campaigns and lifecycle marketing
Email and text development
Experience using Veeva PromoMats a plus
