Adobe Analytics Specialist
to join their team. As an Adobe Analytics Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Analytics Department supporting the Marketing and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data storytelling, and a collaborative mindset.

Contract-to-Hire (12 month conversion planned)
Pay Range:
$40 - $45/hr W2

What's the Job?
Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret data related to digital platform performance, user behavior, and engagement trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics
Partner with digital product, UX, marketing, and IT teams to define KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
Support A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts through setup, tracking, and performance analysis.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and user experience measurement to drive continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
2+ years of expertise in digital analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
Demonstrated expertise in
Adobe Analytics is required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently analyze data and present insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
