Senior Immigration Legal Specialist

Green Maple Law Group APC seeks a full-time Senior Immigration Legal Specialist to work at its office in Newport Beach, CA. Candidate must have at least an Associate’s degree in Laws or Pre-Law or Paralegal Studies, with 24 months of prior experience as Paralegal or Legal Assistant or Immigration Legal Specialist. Candidate duties will include: Assist attorneys in drafting case-related documents including cover letters, requests for evidence responses, appeals, motions, affidavits, and other legal filings. Research and summarize immigration laws, regulations, case precedents, policy manuals, and legal articles to support attorneys in case preparation. Review and organize case facts and supporting evidence, cross-referencing records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collect and verify case facts and civil documents from clients; coordinate certified translations and notarizations; reconcile discrepancies in names/dates across records and escalate to attorneys. Communicate and coordinate with clients, attorneys, government agencies, and vendors to manage case details and ensure compliance with filing requirements. Candidate must have 6 months of work experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Docketwise, as well as 12 months of work experience in U.S. immigration law & policy. Salary: $73029-80000/yr.
