About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Senior Director for Executive Director, Critical Care, and CVIR. The successful candidate will be tasked with the day-to-day operations of the assigned departments, with a strong focus on staffing, patient experience, and nursing/operational workflows. This leadership role involves overseeing nursing operations in the Medical/Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular/Neuro ICU, IMCU, and Emergency Department, as well as evaluating departmental structure and providing input on staff performance and growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a commitment to staff engagement, quality outcomes, and throughput improvement.

Applicants for the Interim Senior Director position must have a BSN, with an MSN preferred, and an active VA and/or compact RN license. The role requires a leader who can start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting. The Interim Senior Director will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and be involved in ongoing departmental initiatives.
