Interim Sr. Director of ED, Critical Care and CVIR

The Position
The Interim Sr. Director of ED/Critical Care/CVIR will be responsible for the day-to-day operations throughout the assigned departments throughout the facility.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Sr. Director will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including staffing, patient experience, and nursing/operational workflows.
This leader will oversee nursing operations throughout the Medical/Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular/Neuro ICU, IMCU, and Emergency Department.
The Interim Sr. Director will be involved in evaluating the departments structure and providing input as it pertains to staff performance and departmental growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on staff engagement, quality outcomes, data-driven decision-making, and throughput improvement.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
BSN is required; MSN is preferred.
Active VA and/or compact RN license is required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
