Lead BSA report to Record - Remote Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Lead BSA report to Record - Remote for our premier client. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Strategy: Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and development partners to ensure alignment and transparency. Serve as the Product Owner for D365 Finance & Operations within the R2R domain, defining product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals, compliance needs, and operational efficiency. Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Champion adoption of new features, capabilities, and best practices across global Finance teams. Functional Expertise & Process Leadership: Serve as the functional subject matter expert for D365 F&O in R2R areas including General Ledger, Consolidations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for financial systems initiatives. Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements, leveraging D365 capabilities, automation, and standardization. Production Support & Operations Delivery: Provide day-to-day production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and platform releases. Support month-end and year-end close activities by ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution. Support integration points with upstream/downstream systems to ensure data integrity and process continuity. Assess new D365 features and recommend adoption strategies that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Ensure operational excellence through performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and proactive issue prevention. Testing, Deployment & Change Management: Develop and execute test plans for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. · Support deployment activities, cutover planning, and post-production validation. · Contribute to training, documentation, and user enablement to support change adoption.
