Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically within Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting. This role focuses on providing L2/L3 production support, ensuring financial system stability, and supporting critical close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and accounting issues with root cause analysis
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting readiness
nalyze and resolve issues related to asset lifecycle (additions, adjustments, retirements, depreciation) and lease accounting (schedules, remeasurements, terminations)
Monitor and support integrations, batch jobs, and data loads (FBDI, APIs, OIC, middleware)
Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
Support controlled production changes and minor enhancements
Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis, testing, and validation
Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials / ERP
Hands-on experience in Fixed Assets and/or Lease Accounting modules
Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
Experience in L2/L3 production support environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ITIL-based support processes
Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira
Exposure to OTBI or BI Publisher reporting tools

Improved system stability and monitoring
