We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
DTI has an immediate need for an Oracle Developer for a 1yr hybrid engagement in Austin, Tx.
Job Description:
The services You will provide the Client project team: As an Oracle Developer Contractor, you will design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based applications to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality. Develop and implement Oracle database applications using PL/SQL and SQL. Design and create database objects to support application development. Optimize SQL queries for performance and resource utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle applications while ensuring data integrity and security.

Solution Architect Oracle Cloud Operate
New Update: Candidates should be local to Austin, TX as this role is hybrid and travel expenses are not covered.
Role Summary
USDC-based Solution Architect responsible for end-to-end Oracle Cloud Operate solution architecture, ensuring production stability, secure integrations, and disciplined incident/problem/change governance across functional and technical teams, consistent with Operate delivery expectations (L2/L3 support, RCA, runbooks, quarterly update readiness).
Key Responsibilities
Own current/target-state architecture across Oracle Cloud (ERP/SCM as applicable), integrations, and data flows; set design standards and non-functional requirements.
ct as escalation point for complex cross-module/integration production issues; lead root-cause analysis and recurrence prevention.
Govern integration patterns and operational readiness (FBDI/APIs/OIC or middleware): monitoring, error handling, reprocessing, resiliency.
Lead production change/release planning (defects/minor enhancements), environment readiness, and cutover/validation steps.
Drive Oracle quarterly update impact assessment and coordinate regression testing/production validation.
Maintain/approve runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; provide operational reporting (SLA, incident trends, recurring issues) and mentor the support team.
Required Qualifications
8+ years Oracle experience (Oracle Cloud strongly preferred) with solution architecture ownership in a production/Operate (AMS) environment.
Strong expertise in FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC/Middleware, OTBI, BIP, Groovy, OCI & VBCS.
Proven delivery in ITIL-oriented support models (incident/problem/change) with strong documentation and stakeholder management.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Prior Oracle Cloud AMS/Operate experience; ServiceNow/Jira; OTBI/BI Publisher/Smart View exposure.
What Success Looks Like (first 90 days)
Reduced repeat P1/P2 incidents via RCA-driven fixes, improved monitoring, and standardized runbooks, predictable quarterly update cycle with clean validation.
Pay rate: $80-$90
