Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a
Service Write r position for a local Maryville company.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Greeting customers
Discussing what the customer is needing assistance with
Creating service tickets
Communicating the customer's needs with the Service Manager & Service Team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Service writer experience
Comfortable working in an office with warehouse exposure
Previous experience in the automotive field is preferred but not required
Shift:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday: 8AM-3PM (please note that there will be 2 days off provided, but Saturdays will be required); lots of potential for overtime
