Senior Business Product Manager

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA . Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description

• Pay: $60 - $95/hr
• 6‑month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget
• Fully onsite M‑F 8:30am – 5:30pm

The Senior Business Product Manager, Patient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) drives the overall design, development, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Patient CRM Product suite, as well as integrating core capabilities from Access Solutions, Population Health, Customer Engagement.

This role leads high‑impact experimentation, leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance product offerings and market positioning. Key responsibilities include orchestrating cross‑functional alignment, mentoring program and operations managers, and collaborating with Business Product Owners, Executive Directors, and Technical Product Managers from within DDA and RDT teams to shape digital‑forward roadmaps and drive user adoption.

Additionally, the role ensures seamless implementation through user insights, feedback loops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while enabling successful product execution across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager is required.
• Must have clearly demonstrated experience with ownership of product vision and roadmap strategy.
• Experience driving CRM or customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar).
• Strong cross‑functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and adoption, with measurable business outcomes.
• Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is required.
