Role Description

Must have existing relationships with corporate clients, executive assistants, luxury hotels, or travel management networks.

We are seeking a high‑performing Director of Business Development with an existing network and a proven ability to generate revenue through corporate and VIP partnerships.

This role is focused on securing long‑term corporate accounts, building relationships with executive assistants and travel managers, and expanding partnerships with luxury hotels, private aviation, and global chauffeur networks.

The ideal candidate has an existing network and a proven ability to bring in business, not just generate leads.

This role is results‑driven and requires the ability to bring in new business within the first 60–90 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure corporate accounts (law firms, consulting firms, executive offices, embassies)
  • Build relationships with Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Travel Managers
  • Establish partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, and private aviation terminals
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships and global chauffeur networks
  • Identify and close high‑value opportunities for executive and VIP transportation services
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in:
  • Luxury transportation
  • Hospitality (4–5 star hotels)
  • Existing network within corporate, hospitality, or travel industry strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Strong knowledge of the Washington DC corporate, hospitality, or travel market is preferred.
  • Candidates with existing book of business or transferable client relationships are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

  • High commission structure (5%–10% on revenue generated)
  • Performance‑based bonuses for large accounts
