Responsibilities
- Act as the client point of contact for digital media, providing the highest level of media leadership for the agency team and client’s business
- Demonstrate expertise in all digital media principles and apply them to a client’s business
- Serve as an effective communicator with the ability to both work and lead a group in a team environment
- Drive thought leadership on the account, constantly pushing the team to think strategically
- Interface with senior level resources, including with OMG COE, both internally & externally, to represent the digital media team & its initiatives
- Specialize in Digital Direct, with knowledge in paid media: Search, Social and Programmatic
- Continually look for and present opportunities to streamline work flow and ensure quality assurance
- Monitor deliverables & work process to identify time saving opportunities through automation or elimination of redundant work
- Operate as a highly skilled self-starter who is organized, confident in your abilities, and unafraid to share opinions and new perspective
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative-intensive analytical discipline, including Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance
- Experience managing and optimizing online Digital Direct, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities (Macro/VBA experience a plus)
- 5-8 years of work experience, including recent managerial experience in performance or direct-response online advertising
- 3-4 years of experience managing client campaigns with a proven track record of client success
- Deep understanding of digital media across all verticals: search, social, video, direct, and programmatic
- Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients
- Well-rounded thinker (conceptual, analytical, and executional)
- Confident manager with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Required Skills
- Proactive self-starter capable of setting goals and reporting progress
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability articulate complex data and insights into actionable, client facing, recommendations
- Strong passion for experimental design integrity, including A/B control testing, statistical significance, deductive reasoning and logic, and applying insights in dynamic, imperfect environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and basic statistics
- Experience with SPSS, SAS, Salesforce, Business Objects, or other BI and statistical toolsets (a plus)
- Expert understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and the role of digital channels, including DSPs, DMPs, 3rd party data, pixel technologies, Ad Servers (DoubleClick a plus), attribution, and ad verification
The pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting is $90,000—$215,000 USD. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Compensation Range: $90,000—$215,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
