About the Role
Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management & ERP expertise for the Healthcare Industry team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
- Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products, applications, and solutions.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities by understanding and resolving questions about the solution, services, and training.
- Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof‑of‑concept system builds, and sales‑cycle closure plans.
- Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
- Respond to RFIs with the sales team.
- Participate in discovery sessions to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state.
- Provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through presentations and product demonstrations using in‑depth ERP knowledge.
- Travel up to 50%.
Basic Qualifications – Senior Solution Consultant
- 5+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise.
- 5+ years of business experience with cloud‑based human capital management applications (e.g., Infor, UKG, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian).
- 5+ years in presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation roles.
- 4+ years working with core human resource concepts (HR, payroll, compensation, time, benefits) and industry‑relevant topics (organizational agility, employee experience, employee benefits, retention).
Basic Qualifications – Principal Solution Consultant
- 7+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise.
- 7+ years of business experience with cloud‑based human capital management applications.
- 7+ years in presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation roles.
- 6+ years working with core human resource concepts and industry‑relevant topics.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects individually and cross‑functionally.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with value‑based selling.
- Outstanding professional influencing skills to C‑level executives, including the CHRO office.
- Experience presenting cloud‑based solutions to functional and technical audiences.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced work environment.
- Healthcare industry or payor experience preferred.
Compensation
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. The role may be eligible for bonus plans or commission and annual refresh stock grants.
Primary location: USA/CA/Home Office – Base pay: $147,400 – $221,200 USD.
Additional US locations: same range.
Flexible Work
The team spends at least 50% of time each quarter in office or field with customers, prospects, and partners. Remote "home office" roles may come together for important moments.
