Job Description
Studies and experience
- Support the FSEs and other internal customers via emails and live conversations
- Responsible for entering orders for timely delivery
- Validate and issue Material Return Authorizations
- Contact and release parts per Planner's direction
- Work is 90% in the SAP system
- Run Adhoc reporting
Studies and experience
- Associates in business or at least 2 years of applicable experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED plus experience
- Familiarity with computerized information management systems (SAP experience required.)
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
