Logistics Specialist Sales Support

Job position: Logistic Specialist sale support

Location: Durham NC 27704

Pay Range or Rate: $23-25/hour per HR

Shift & hours of shifts: 1st 9-5:30 (Hybrid 2.5 days a week)

Length of Contract: 2 months Contract - Through End of December 2022

STUDIES-EXPERIENCE:

• Associates in business or at least 2 years of applicable experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED plus experience
• Familiarity with computerized information management systems (SAP experience required.)
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Mature and pleasant telephone demeanor.
• Strong basic office and computer software applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong skillset in multi-tasking (i.e., daily email/telephone requests (internally/externally)
