Role Summary
The Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of brand identity and creative assets aligned with the overall marketing vision for Stella Rosa, Stella Rosa Brandy, Turnt Up, and other brands. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality visual assets while ensuring consistency with established brand standards across all channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
Support the Brand Team in creative development and ideation, translating marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Media, Events, and Shopper Marketing teams to develop and execute campaign assets.
Assist in concept development and support commercial photoshoots to ensure alignment with brand identity.
Apply and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
Contribute to the development and execution of brand identity for both existing and new brands.
Incorporate feedback from the Lead Designer, Senior Brand Manager, and stakeholders to refine creative direction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Maintain organized project files and workflows to support team efficiency.
Develop brand decks and presentations for sales, retail, hospitality, and events.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Participate in weekly design check‑ins to track progress, identify blockers, and elevate as needed.
Lead high‑visibility design projects from concept through final execution.
Provide support on additional marketing initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience, preferably in CPG or Food & Beverage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in video editing, AI design, packaging design, or 3D imaging is a plus
Understanding of brand design and marketing, with a focus on brand identity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow direction and incorporate feedback
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain project files and assets
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑person, and collaborative environment
Bilingual/Spanish is a plus
Pay Range
$65,000 - $72,500 USD
