Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly motivated, in-office Corporate Recruiter
with a true “hunter” mentality to help scale our team. This is not a passive recruiting role — we want someone who actively seeks out top talent, builds pipelines, and closes candidates like a top-tier salesperson.
The ideal candidate has
experience in recruiting, logistics sales, or both . If you’ve thrived in a commission-driven sales environment and want to apply that same competitive edge to recruiting, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent using outbound recruiting strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking)
Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, operations, and corporate roles
Conduct high-energy phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and drive urgency
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Sell candidates on MyFreightWorld’s culture, growth opportunities, and compensation potential
Track recruiting activity and performance metrics (calls, submissions, placements, etc.)
Continuously improve recruiting strategies to increase speed and quality of hires
What We’re Looking For
1–5+ years of experience
in recruiting, staffing, or logistics/freight brokerage sales
Strong preference for candidates with
both recruiting and sales experience
Proven ability to
hunt, prospect, and close
High level of competitiveness, urgency, and resilience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, in-office environment
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
