We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier leadership and strategic contributors. What You’ll Do


As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will:



  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for director, VP, and executive-level searches across multiple business units.

  • Build and manage a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement at every stage of the hiring process.

  • Partner closely with department leaders and executives to understand their hiring needs, develop search strategies, and provide consultative guidance.

  • Drive a structured and data-informed recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and an excellent candidate experience.

  • Leverage your expertise as a Senior Corporate Recruiter to advise on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and best-in-class sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain detailed workflow documentation, reporting, and metrics to support transparency and accountability.


What You Bring


To be successful as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you should have:



  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including direct responsibility for executive-level searches.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex pipelines and critical requisition loads.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.

  • A process-minded approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly.

  • The drive, curiosity, and professionalism expected of a Senior Corporate Recruiter representing our brand in the market.


Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Location: 100% on-site
