Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Suwanee, GA, for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Support experience

Proficiency in handling Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is a plus

Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns

High school diploma or equivalent required
