Overview
Our client is a Real Estate Developer looking to hire a Real Estate Analyst with residential real estate experience. The candidate will support originations in all underwriting and analysis, from initial inquiry and due diligence, through closing, construction and development asset management. They will be responsible for investment analysis including due diligence, preparation of LOI’s, cash flow modeling, preparation of investment committee memos, and closing support. Responsibilities
The main goal is to analyze real estate investment opportunities and projects with a focus on Residential Real Estate, specifically acquisition of land and development of Single Family Home Communities and Multi-Family projects. Responsible for managing projections for assets Develop financial models, Interpret data and analysis on transactions and market trends Analyze projects/properties and communicate results Ad hoc Analysis/Financings/support leadership team Preparation of presentations and memoranda evaluating investment merits and risks, market dynamics, and projected investment returns. Conduct underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation and credit analysis Present potential transactions to senior management discussing structural issues and pricing strategy. Manage transactions and work closely with third-party consultants involved in diligence, entitlement and debt procurement. Review and analyze third party reports including appraisal, engineering, environmental, and title reports to identify underwriting risks. Interface with investors to compile required data and information, and resolve diligence related issues while mitigating risks. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate Must have strong Excel Modeling skills Must have strong Quantitative analysis skills 2 to 5 years experience as a Real Estate Analyst Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000, plus project and annual bonuses,
