Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a

Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX !

Pay rate: $20/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Sat, must be available between 8a-7p CT (remotely) (May have to go to office 3-4 times a year)

As a customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with pharmacy claims. You will provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to an Rx claim.

Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system.

Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex issues when necessary.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues.

Education/Certification Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Experience Requirements

High volume call center experience

Salesforce experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to use various systems and multitask

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
