You’ll work alongside a fun, highly motivated team led by a manager with 30 years of experience, bringing unmatched knowledge and a supportive environment. Enjoy a steady schedule: Monday‑Friday 9‑6, plus every 4th Saturday—with the following Friday off for a built‑in 3‑day weekend.

Responsibilities
Guide customers through the parts purchasing process with confidence and accuracy
Assist both retail and wholesale customers in finding the right parts and accessories
Partner with the Parts Manager to quickly source and secure out‑of‑stock items
Manage special orders from request to delivery, keeping customers informed every step of the way
Support service technicians by locating and delivering parts quickly to keep repairs on track
Handle phone, email, and in‑person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Keep inventory organized, accurate, and fully stocked
Maintain a friendly, team‑first attitude while upholding company standards
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous automotive parts or sales experience preferred
Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
