Position: Fulfillment Specialist (Part‑time) – 10 to 28 hours/week, 7:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri
Location: 566 Appleyard Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32304 – FLTAA Public Store.
Overview
Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. This role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. The position is for our branch located at 566 Appleyard Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
Responsibilities
Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interacting with our customers while making deliveries.
Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites.
Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
Required Position Qualifications
18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and customer‑service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25–50 lb and may weigh up to 75 lb.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
Preferred Position Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience.
