Job Description
Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist – 4235 Corporate Exchange Dr, Hudsonville, MI 49426 – MIHU1 Strategic Account Store.
Hours: MON–FRI 7:00am – 5:00pm, 20–28 hours/week.
Overview
Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, taking charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our leading vending program. This role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily from making deliveries to performing replenishments and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interact with customers while making deliveries.
Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Current full valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to use a company vehicle.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and customer‑service oriented.
Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Physical ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
Pass a required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience.
