Location: 100 W Monroe St, Bluffton, IN 46714

Part‑time shifts: Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm (10‑28 hours per week)
OVERVIEW
Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interact with our customers while making deliveries.
Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older.
Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) and meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer‑service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrate our core values: ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25 lbs–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam only).
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience.
