
Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Intern will support initiatives across digital campaign execution, email marketing and SMS communication. This role will assist in planning, trafficking, reporting and optimizing campaigns while contributing to fan engagement through email and text messages. The position will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Media and work closely with cross‑functional teams across the organization.
Digital Campaign Management
Support the management of the digital advertising calendar, including timelines, creative requests, and campaign setup.
Assist in planning, trafficking and execution of digital advertising across Browns‑owned and partner campaigns.
Implement and document content tagging for proper ad delivery and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Email Marketing
Build, test and deploy email campaigns across multiple initiatives (ie. newsletters, ticketing, affinity programs, community programs, partner campaigns).
Ensure quality assurance in email process across entire campaign flow prior to email deployment including subject line/pre‑text, email rendering, link functionality, audience, and internal campaign approval process.
Support ongoing optimization through testing and performance analysis.
SMS/Text Message Marketing
Build and execute SMS campaigns to drive new sign‑ups, including keyword campaign setups, landing page development, and the coordination of creative requests and cross‑channel messaging.
Develop creative SMS copy and manage the deployment of text message campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written, research, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work flexible and non‑traditional hours
