Your Key Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Manager to shape channel and customer strategies including pricing, assortment, shelving, and promotional tactics to maximize market impact and share growth.

Implement the sales strategy “4Ps” and customer marketing planning and tactical execution.

Lead day‑to‑day management of shopper marketing programs, including post‑event analysis.

Lead project management for commercial innovation initiatives such as customer‑specific packs, displays, etc., ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Partner with category management, brand marketing and sales to deliver impactful presentations, including line reviews, innovation roadshows, and planogram optimization supported by omnichannel market analysis.

Help manage samples and ensure the sales team has what they need to sell to our retail partners.

You bring

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of business experience, preferably in CPG, retail, agency, or consumer goods, with a passion for sales, customer development, shopper marketing or trade/sales planning.

Analytics aptitude and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to learn new data platforms and develop compelling brand performance scenarios.

Strong organizational skills – project management, budget tracking, and influencing cross‑functional team deliverables.

Proven relationship‑building skills to influence growth and deliver impactful results.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

Inclusive total rewards package: annual incentive pay, retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and additional benefits, subject to eligibility.
