Position Summary
As an Internet Sales Manager at Horne Hyundai, you will manage all internet sales activities and provide excellent customer service to online leads. Your role will be vital in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and thorough product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers and conduct needs analysis to determine vehicle preferences and requirements.

Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.

Research availability of specific models and options using computer databases.

Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to finalize sales prices, trade-in values, financing, and leasing details.

Perform visual inspections of dealership inventory.

Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.

Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new vehicle functions.

Attend required training sessions and departmental meetings.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance in line with company standards.

Work Hours
This is a full-time position with standard dealership hours. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of automotive internet sales experience or equivalent education and training.

Proven sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Strong organizational and follow‑up skills to maintain contact before and after sales.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
