Responsibilities
Support clients with daily activities such as:
Personal hygiene and grooming
Dressing and mobility
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation and grocery shopping
Medication reminders (as authorized)
Companionship and community outings
Promote client independence and honor their choices
Maintain a safe, clean environment in the home
Communicate clearly with supervisors and document support provided
Attend trainings and meetings as required
What We're Looking For
Required
At least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Verifiable professional references
Live Scan fingerprint clearance (background check done after conditional offer)
Preferred
Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, home health aide, or in a similar role
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and basic cooking/housekeeping skills
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
