Role Description
The role of a Customer Service Representative is part-time and on-site at our Wellington, KS location. Responsibilities include assisting patients with billing inquiries, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional support to enhance the customer experience. The representative will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient handling of patient accounts, answer questions about medical billing, and provide resources to support patient needs.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with team members.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving account inquiries and ensuring accurate billing.
Basic computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with office software applications.
Background in customer service, administrative support, or related fields is advantageous, especially within healthcare or revenue cycle environments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and maintain professionalism under pressure.
