Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will assist patients with check‑in, answer questions, and manage registration data in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities

Operate computers and answer phones to capture patient and insurance information accurately.
Coordinate across multiple clinical screens ensuring data flows correctly between physicians and nurses.
Provide compassionate support, listen to patient concerns, and help alleviate anxiety.
Work quickly and adapt to unexpected changes in a busy on‑foot setting.
Collaborate with a team that supports career development.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Vaccine‑updated, background‑check, and drug‑test compliant.
Preferred Skills

Medical industry experience.
Compensation

US‑based position, base pay $15.50 – $23.21 per hour, determined by role, location, and experience.
