About Custom Print Graphics: Custom Print Graphics (CPG) is a Chicago-based decorated apparel company with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film (DTF) decoration, serving a diverse client base ranging from local small businesses and nonprofits to regional and national brands. With a close-knit team and a shop built on craftsmanship, efficiency, and relationships, we're proud of the work we put out and the culture we've built. If you're looking for a place where your contributions actually matter and no two days look exactly the same, you'll fit right in here.
What you'll do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-in - providing prompt, professional, and friendly communication
Greet and assist walk-in customers and vendors, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive front-desk experience
Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound emails, ensuring inquiries are answered or escalated in a timely manner
Answer multi-line phones and handle or transfer calls with professionalism
Follow up on open orders, proofs, and artwork approvals to keep jobs moving on schedule
Communicate order status updates, delays, and delivery timelines to customers proactively
Assist with quotes and pricing inquiries using established pricing guidelines
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence
Collaborate with production, art, and shipping departments to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth
Perform general front-office administrative duties as needed
What we're looking for:
1+ years of customer service, front desk, or office administration experience (manufacturing, print, or production environment a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing email volume and phone calls simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch things before they become problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning order management or production software
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team player with a positive attitude who takes ownership of their role
Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and following through
What we offer:
Competitive hourly pay: $18–$23/hr, depending on experience
Paid Time Off (PTO)
