We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented

Technical Service Representative

who excels in delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. This direct hire role is responsible for responding to customer and field service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting warranty and parts processes. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to technical and parts-related inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat

Assist with processing warranty claims, service requests, and parts returns

Identify and report product or parts issues, helping to track trends and improve customer satisfaction

Support the development and maintenance of troubleshooting guides and quality manuals

Stay up to date on company equipment and product lines to provide accurate support

Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and distributors

Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve customer needs

Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems (experience with AX is a plus)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay highly organized with strong follow-up

Positive attitude with a team‑oriented mindset

Ability to sit for extended periods and handle a high volume of inquiries

Knowledge of

HVAC and/or refrigeration systems

required
