Our apartment portfolio of over 6,000 units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to more than 12,000 units within five years. We are seeking a full‑time Real Estate Paralegal. This is not a hybrid position. The successful candidate will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ.

Comfortable working with large loan transactions and capable of handling sizable commercial projects.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless transaction flow.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all real estate projects and loan closings.

Assist in due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Support senior attorneys and team members as needed on complex commercial and residential transactions.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a commercial or residential setting.

Strong understanding of real estate law, loan documentation, and closing procedures.

Proficient in handling commercial loan closings.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
