Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for NJ licensed real estate agents at the SERHANT. office in Beach Haven, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property tours, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, preparing and submitting documents such as purchase agreements, and prospecting for leads. Agents will also provide market insights and ensure clients have an exceptional experience throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate practices
Strong knowledge and experience in Real Property transactions
Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and client-focused environment
Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus
Proficiency in using technology and platforms to support sales efforts
