Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, requiring a combination of on-site work in Wilmington, NC, and some work from home. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lease negotiations, brokerage activities, tenant representation, and sales of commercial properties. The role involves maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and advising clients on the best strategies for property investments and lease agreements.
Qualifications
Experience in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
Strong Brokerage skills and knowledge of Commercial Real Estate market
Proven track record in Sales of commercial properties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with industry-leading real estate tools and technology is a plus
