Who We’re Looking For
An experienced, highly motivated Assistant Property Manager who has both the sales and leadership skills required for success. Job Responsibilities
Establish a rapport with residents and provide personalized service. Negotiate and enforce leases. Meet all deadlines set forth by the management company and regional managers. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs. Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units. Assist with managing leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager. Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite. Benefits
