North Dallas.
Open to candidates from Analyst to Senior Asset Manager level
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in North Dallas. Potentially open to remote (if near Dallas), on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications:
Ideally seeking 3-7+ years of experience within multifamily asset management
Prior experience handling transitional debt transactions (bridge/structured) is highly preferred
Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel including the ability to perform cash flow analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities include:
Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from borrowers; including, but not limited to, property operating statements (income statements, balance sheets, aged receivables), rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor/borrower financials;
Assess loan risk within the portfolio and make recommendations to senior management to mitigate the risk.
Manage the draw review process for value-add renovation and ground-up construction projects of varying sizes and scopes;
Perform quarterly property level valuations in order to value the asset.
Oversee borrower implementation of business plan(s) associated with a variety of real estate-related assets (including structured/bridge loans)
