
Customer Service Representative

Ellsworth Corporation is a family‑run company with over 50 years of growth, specializing in the distribution, manufacture and packaging of specialty adhesives used by the cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle industries. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Adhesives business. This role reports to the Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division in Germantown, WI.
Responsibilities
Process incoming requests via chat, phone, web, or CRM for orders, quotes, product inquiries, expedites, and RMAs with minimal assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams—purchasing, shipping, and credit—to provide accurate customer updates.
Follow detailed contract review and audit guidelines on order entry.
Execute customer sample requests and process order updates and changes.

Qualifications
3+ years of professional customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalency required; associate’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in keyboarding at a minimum of 45 words per minute.
Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows operating systems.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Experience navigating corporate websites and eCommerce platforms, including chat functionality.
Demonstrates approachability and teamwork.
