Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Core duties include obtaining the release of vehicles located at body shops and other locations, supporting callers professionally, and ensuring call resolution and quality metrics. The CSR may also handle chat and email support, answer and place calls, use company resources to gather information, offer solutions, and support customers. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred)
High school diploma
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with office equipment
Attention to detail
Problem‑solving
Computer proficiency – MS Office suite
Typing speed 45 words per minute
Professional appearance
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Bilingual skills a plus
Occasional overtime as needed
Pay: $18.00 – $20.29 per hour.
