Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by understanding Copart practices and offering solutions to facilitate a unique customer experience. The CSR is responsible for obtaining vehicle releases from body shops or other locations, including residential sites, and may handle chat and email support. Additional duties include office support functions as needed.

Answer and place calls in a professional manner.

Measurably maintain call quality – knowledge, professionalism, and timely follow‑up.

Resolve calls using company resources to gather information and offer solutions.

Conduct problem‑solving and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.

High school diploma.

Excellent customer service skills and attitude.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Proficient with office equipment.

Attention to detail.

Problem‑solving ability.

Computer proficiency – MS Suite.

Typing speed 45 WPM.

Professional appearance.

Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Bilingual skills a plus.

Occasional overtime as needed.

Pay
$16.04 – $18.07 per hour.
