Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Delivery:
Provide exceptional, face-to-face customer service at events, ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable Customer Support & Assistance:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through products/services Brand Representation:
Represent client brands with professionalism, maintaining a strong understanding of brand messaging and values Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and active listening Sales Support:
Support promotional campaigns by confidently explaining product benefits and enhancing the overall customer experience Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals and maintain a supportive team environment Skills & Experience
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, events, or call center environments) Strong communication skills (verbal, face-to-face, and interpersonal) Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships Confident working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong multitasking and time management skills Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Adaptable and quick to learn new products, services, and processes What We’re Looking For
