Property Manager Responsibilities
Show living units and sign leases and forms, schedule move‑ins according to scheduled work, and bring‑in resources for the families.
Set up rooms for the families and provide them with all necessary items such as remotes and rules.
Provide written reports on the progress of the building, complete incident, safety or security reports.
Collect rent and update the tenants database (AppFolio).
Adapt to various situations with ease and be flexible, adding consistent value to AHF’s Healthy Housing Program(s) by protecting the property and maximizing its use.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. In case of emergency during non‑business hours, security will contact the Property Manager.
