Temporary Assistant Property Manager

RealREPP, is a full service recruiting firm who is currently teaming with one of the most actively commercial office owner/developers on the West Coast to assist them in hiring a Temporary Assistant Property Manager. The duration for this assignment will be 2 months. This Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of a beautiful Class A office building in undefined, undefined! This owner/developer is one of the most stable but active developers in the region. They focus on sustainable development and pushing the boundaries of what you can do from a commercial development standpoint.

The APM will oversee the monthly reporting functions, assist in the budgeting process, and work well with the retail clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial/ retail property management experience, with most of that experience on a Class A office building.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree - required

3+ years of commercial property management Class A experience

Strong financials preferred

Prior experience in running monthly reports

Excellent customer service skills

Must be a team player and have the ability to wear many different hats and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
