
Assistant Property Manager

RealREPP, is a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm that is currently teaming up with one of the most stable and growing commercial owners in undefined, undefined to assist them in hiring an Assistant Property Manager!
This owner/developer is one of the most stable, but active developers in the region. They focus on sustainable development and pushing the boundaries of what you can do from a commercial development standpoint.
The APM will assist in the oversight of a beautiful portfolio of office and retail assets in Orange County. This APM will assist in the monthly reporting functions, assist in the budgeting process, and will also build relationships with the tenants and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of commercial property management experience with a majority of that experience in a Class A office or retail assets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - required
2-3 years of commercial property management experience
Must have experience in managing class A office product
Prior experience in running monthly reports
Real Estate license
Excellent customer service skills
Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred
Must be a team player and have the ability to wear many different hats and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers room for growth, a great base salary, bonus, excellent benefits and 401K. They also offer FLEXIBILITY to work from home 1 day of the week and 1/2 day on Fridays throughout the year!
