Overview

Job title: Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I). You start by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and develop foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building and managing client relationships and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives. Program path

After licensed as ADP FSA I, develop into Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) and then progress toward core Merrill Financial Advisor. The Academy provides programs, tools and resources. Responsibilities

Obtain required Securities Industry licenses with dedicated study time. Develop foundational advisor skills: client acquisition, relationship management, and analyzing a client’s financial picture to provide advice and solutions. Work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and client care. Progress through ADP stages toward MFSA and beyond. Compliance

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and undergo SAFE Act background check and registration. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Requirements

Desired skills

Strong computer skills with multitasking in demanding environment. Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years in financial services or sales with demonstrated goals achievement. Experience assessing client needs and building/managing client relationships. Shift and Hours
