
Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - Austin Area

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66) and develop foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management and financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients through the loan origination process and support SAFE Act registration requirements.
Build, nurture, and manage a client portfolio, providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions.
Prepare and deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, recommending strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill products and services.
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and statutes.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skill in learning and adapting to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Spanish speaking.
